Once the turks settled down they started a feudal system similar to the western world. but instead of knights they were known as sipahis. this is a more realistic representation of a mid period turkish army. made up primarily of feudal (sipahi) troops. these armies would have also included some of the infamous ottoman infantry that were a more professional sort of army and props a dozen more units of azabs which were employed to be used as cannon fodder and to make the army look twice the size.
