My General fights along with the infantry. The Gothic Knights remain behind him in order to attack flanking cavalry. Imperial Knights remain on one side or the other for a power flank. Pikemen are stretched to cover the distance of the Pavise Crossbowmen. Behind that level are the rest of the infantry. Armored Sergeants take the flanks while heavy infantry fight the main body. Once the battle is one, I use my fast moving missle capable mounted crossbowmen to hunt down the enemy with speed and distance.
