Barracks 堡壘軍營 Training an army requires many facilities from a drill yard to an armourers and weapon makers. A barracks brings all of these resources together under one roof, and puts them under the command of a full-time staff of old soldiers, veterans who can pass on their skills in an orderly way to the new soldiers-to-be.
