The Seljuk Sultans always emply the very best men to take the honour of guarding them night and day. The considerable pay these men recieve is cheap considering thier skills, but what binds them to the Sultan is a fierce loyalty to him, not coin. It is this loyalty which ensures that these men will not suffer a defeat, their own honour is such that death is by far preferable.
