Nuristani Tribesmen Called the Crossroads of Islam, Afghanistan is a pivotal point for armies marching through to other locations in the Islamic world. It may have rich trading bazaars and extravagant palaces of the rulers, but there are also local tribesmen with fierce attitude and a dangerous presence. Levy tribesmen lack armor and steel weaponry, although gathered in masse they are no levies that should be taken lightly for they will ambush oncoming soldiers with showers of javelins.
