Aznaurs were the feudal lords in Georgia during an epoch of feudalism. Aznaurs shared small, imperial or church estates. Their main duty was to provide military service to the King of Georgia or their direct patron - Eristavs. Aznaurs under arms had light or average armour, a sword and spear. Usually the Aznaurs fought on horses but were very effective on foot too.
