Eorling Axemen The axe is an invaluble tool to the Rohirrim in times of peace and a deadly weapon in times of war. The men that wield it are usually not professional soldiers, but that does not mean they should not be feared. The blood of the middle men burns brightly in their veins, and the servants of the Dark Lord would be folly to cross them. They also carry a shield and mail, and their axe gives them a consideable advantage over heavily armed opponents.
