line up your infantry as shown, lay stakes in front of your dismounted polish knights and place your sepentines behind your spearmen.

Your polish nobles flank early and destroy enemy artillery and kill their general. Your infantry will hold there line, the AI will almost always charge their horses at your spearmen to avoid stakes, spearmen will destroy all cavalry and then you can flank with your polsih gaurd.

Your serpentines are for long range threat but for sieges replace them with cannons.

this polsih army focuses more on infantry which may seem strange for a polish army, but it will work. Good luck.
