The Spanish Consulate is an imposing stone manor, constructed for the Spanish Consul who serves the king of Spain. The Consul observes and manipulates the happenings in the New World. Situated in Havana, the consulate allows for the overseeing of Spain's many interests in the new world, including the claiming of land and the exporting of gold and other tradeable goods. The Consulate is a focal centre for issuing missions to conquistadores.
